This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Beautforce ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for educational products, programs, and consulting services purchased through our website at beautforce.world or through direct communication with our team.

We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Because our offerings are educational and informational in nature, refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service, the extent of access or delivery, and the timing of your request.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3. General Refund Principles

Our refund approach is guided by the following principles:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our educational materials or consulting services
  • Refund eligibility is based on product type, delivery status, and compliance with stated timeframes
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@beautforce.world
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy

4. Educational Modules and Digital Products

4.1 Self-Paced Foundation Modules

For self-paced educational modules covering daily planning fundamentals, task batching, and execution frameworks:

  • 14-day satisfaction window: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have accessed less than 25% of the module content
  • Partial access: If more than 25% but less than 50% of content has been accessed within the 14-day window, a partial refund of 50% may be issued at our discretion
  • After 14 days or 50%+ access: Refunds are generally not available, as the educational value has been substantially delivered

4.2 Downloadable Materials

Downloadable planning templates, checklists, and framework documents are non-refundable once downloaded, as they constitute fully delivered digital goods. If a technical issue prevents download or the files are materially defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

5. Programs and Challenges

5.1 14-Day Structure Challenge

For our guided two-week structure challenge program:

  • Before program start date: Full refund available if requested at least 48 hours before the program begins
  • Within first 3 days: Full refund available if you have not participated in more than one daily prompt or group discussion session
  • After day 3: Refunds are not available, as the collaborative and sequential nature of the program means substantial educational content has been delivered
  • Program cancellation by us: If we cancel a program, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort

5.2 Cohort-Based Programs

For any future cohort-based educational programs, refund terms will be specified at enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, the 14-Day Structure Challenge terms in Section 5.1 serve as the default framework.

6. Consulting Services

6.1 Single Consulting Sessions

For individual one-on-one consulting sessions on daily execution system design:

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before session: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Cancellation 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund or free rescheduling (one-time)
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before session: No refund; rescheduling available at our discretion
  • No-show: No refund for missed sessions without prior notice
  • After session completion: No refund, as the educational consulting service has been delivered

6.2 Multi-Session Consulting Packages

For packages including multiple consulting sessions:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the number of completed sessions at the per-session rate; remaining unused sessions may be refunded
  • Package discounts are recalculated to per-session pricing for any refund calculation
  • Requests must be submitted before the final scheduled session
  • A processing fee of $25 may apply to multi-session package refunds to cover administrative costs

6.3 Team Workshops

For team workshops on task prioritization and execution systems:

  • Cancellation 14+ days before workshop: Full refund
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund or full credit toward a rescheduled date
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability with a $100 rescheduling fee
  • Workshop cancellation by us: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Send an email to hello@beautforce.world with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order or confirmation number, product or service name, purchase date, and reason for the request
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for initial review and response
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

Alternatively, you may submit a refund inquiry through our Contact page, clearly indicating that your message is a refund request.

8. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free informational content accessed on our website
  • Services fully delivered (completed consulting sessions, finished programs)
  • Downloadable materials after successful download
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago (except where a specific product policy provides a longer window)
  • Requests based on dissatisfaction with personal outcomes, as we do not guarantee specific results from educational content
  • Third-party payment processing fees (these are deducted from refund amounts where applicable)

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution through our refund process may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and future services. We will provide documentation to payment processors for legitimate chargeback disputes.

10. EU and UK Consumer Rights

For consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right may not apply once digital content delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal. For consulting services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

If you are an EU or UK consumer and believe you are entitled to a statutory withdrawal, contact us at hello@beautforce.world with your request. We will assess eligibility in accordance with applicable law.

11. Processing Timeline

  • Request acknowledgment: Within 2 business days
  • Decision notification: Within 5 business days of receiving complete request information
  • Refund processing: Within 10 business days of approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Total time from request to funds appearing in your account is typically 15–20 business days.

12. Partial Refunds and Credits

In situations where a full refund is not applicable but we recognize a service issue on our part (technical failure, scheduling error, materially incomplete delivery), we may offer:

  • Partial monetary refunds proportional to the undelivered portion
  • Credit toward future educational products or consulting sessions
  • Complimentary access to alternative modules or rescheduled sessions

Credit offers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

13. Data Handling for Refund Requests

Information submitted with refund requests is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Refund-related correspondence is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

14. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless the new policy is more favorable to you.
